摘要
以脂肪族异氰酸酯,聚脂二元醇,二羟甲基丙酸和三甘醇为主要原料,通过预聚物分散扩链法制得脂肪族阴离子型聚氨酯水乳液.不仅系统地研究了亲水性单体二羟甲基丙酸、小分子二元醇、预聚物的分子量以及扩链剂乙二胺的用量对聚氨酯分散体的粒径和粘度等流变性能的影响,并对有关结论进行了理论分析和解释.
Aliphatic polyurethane emulsion was prepared by prepolymerdispersion method using isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), poly1,4butylene glycol adipate (PBA), 2,2bis(hydroxylmethyl) propionic acid (DMPA) and triethyleneglycol as the main materials. The influence of the usage of DMPA, low molecular glycol, molecular weight of prepolymer and ethylenediamine (EDA) on the particle size and viscosity was studied. The experiment results was interpreted by the chain flexibility and/or hydrophilicity of the PU.
