摘要
通过在热模拟试验机上对09CuPTiRe耐大气腐蚀钢进行热轧模拟试验并观察热轧过程中的真应力—真应变曲线和组织的变化规律,结果表明:在热轧过程中未发生动态再结晶;在高温热轧期间发生了完全静态再结晶;在低温热轧期间发生了不完全静态再结晶.
Hotrolling simulation of 09CuPTiRe weathering steel in a THERMECMASTORZ testing machine is camied out to obtain the curve of stressstrain in the rolling process, and to observe the microstructure in the interval of different passes. The results show that there is no dynamic recrystallization in the whole rolling process. There happens completely static recrystallization during the intervals of high temperature rolling, and during the intervals of low temperature rolling there happens incompletely static recrystallization.
