Strategic Measures to Improve the Adjustment of Economic Structure

推动经济结构战略性调整是21世纪头二十年经济建设和改革的主要任务之一。经济结构调整的战略措施分为制度和政策两个层面:前者关键是国有企业改革;从政策的层面看,经济结构调整应该盯住产业结构、地区结构和城乡结构这三个节点,并把他们有机地结合起来,统筹推进。

It is one of the major tasks to promote strategic adjustment of economic structure in the first 20 years of this century. The strategic measures of economic structure are divided into two aspects of system and policy. The key of former is the reform of SOEs. Seeing from the aspect of policy,economic structural adjustment should keep a close watch on such three nodes like industrial structure,regional structure,urban and rural structure,and then combine them together organically to advance the plan as a whole.
