摘要
采用单向减薄制样法,在透射电镜下直接观察了变形组织在渗硼加热过程中的转变。结果表明,当加热到600℃时,伪渗硼试样中因形变引入的高密度位错区已经消失;渗硼试样中因硼原子的偏聚,试样表层硼化物未析出的区域,仍存在有类似胞状结构的高密度位错区,而在硼化物析出区,出现了多边化组织和正在生长的再结晶晶粒。形变组织的回复和再结晶过程被显著推迟。
By using the single side thinning technique,the transformation of prior deformed structure during the heating of boronization was observed on TEM.The results show that when heating the boronizing boxes upto 600℃, for the blank boronized specimens the areas of high density of dislocation caused by prion deformation are disappeared while for the boronized specimens the polygonized or recrystallized structure are appeared in the areas with precipitation of borides and the cellular dislocation structure still remains in the areas without precipitation of borides.Due to the segregation of boron atoms to the surface layers of specimens.The recorvery of reerysltallization is retarted significatly.
