超声场淬火特性的研究

摘要 测定了超声辐射的清水,无超声辐射的清水及 NaCl10%~15%水溶液的冷却特性及7种钢在这些介质中的淬火效果。结果表明,清水中引入超声场后,其最高冷速提高500℃/s左右,特性温度提高40℃以上。超声场清水的最高冷速及特性温度虽与 NaCl10%~15%水溶液相比尚有较大差距,但其淬火效果(淬透性,硬度)显著优于清水,并达到或超过盐水的水平;淬火变形倾向,超声场清水与盐水相近似,显著小于清水。对超声场提高淬透性、淬硬件的作用机理亦作了探讨。 The cooling behaviours of water with ultrasonic field,water andNaCl 10%~15% aqueous solution and quenching effects of seven low andmedium carbon(low alloy)steels in the quenchants have been investigated.Results show that maximum cooling rate is increased about 500℃/s and thecharacteristic temperature is increased by more than 40% in water withultrasonic field as compared to that in water.Although difference betweenwater with ultrasonic field and NaCl 10%~15% aqueous solution in maximumcooling rate and characteristic temperature is larger,quenching effects(hardenability and hardness)of the steels in water with ultrasonic field isobviously superior to that in water and come up to or surpass that in brine.Quenching distortion of a steel in water with ultrasonic field is similar tothat in brine and is obviously less than that in water.The mechanism ofeffects of ultrasonic field in water on hardenability and hardness of the steelsis also discussed.
