摘要
研究了中碳合金钢亚温淬火时铁素体量与接触疲劳寿命的关系。试验发现,亚温淬火含有铁素体时,接触疲劳寿命比不含铁素体完全淬火的要好。随铁素体含量增加接触疲劳寿命不断提高,对于42CrMo、40CrNi2Mo 铁素体量达到约10%时,45CrMnMo 达到约8%时接触疲劳寿命最佳。
The relations between content of ferrite and the contact fatiguelife have been studied.The testing results show that the contact fatigue lifewill be elogated with increase of ferrite content.The best content of ferriteare 10% for 42CrMo,40CrNi2Mo and 8% for 45CrMnMo steel respectively.
