摘要
用 TEM 薄膜衍衬技术研究了纯铁和结构钢离子渗氮层的精细结构。发现r′相中有着丰富的位错、孪晶和层错等晶体缺陷,探讨了这些晶体缺陷的产生机制,讨论了离子渗氮速度和渗层性能与渗层中晶体缺陷的关系。
The microstructure(fine structure)of ion-nitrided layers in pureiron and structural steels was observed with the thin-film transmission electronmicroscope(TEM).The authors observed that there were many dislocations,twinsand stacking faults inγ'phase.The formation mechanism of crystal defects inγ'phase is also discussed.The relationship between microstructure and mechanicalproperties have been studied for different phases and structures.
