基于企业-顾客认知互动的战略思维,构建竞争优势概念分析框架。竞争优势是企业最重要的市场属性,是关于成本、质量、种类、速度和服务等顾客认知的基本竞争要素的组合,竞争优势是企业竞争力的市场表现,而资源能力是企业竞争力的内在属性。竞争优势具有复杂系统的时间空间性等诸多特性。
Base on the strategic thought of the mutual benefit of cognition of enterprise and custom;establish the analysis frame of competition advantage conception.Competition advantage is the important market property of enterprise,is the combination of basis competition.The key element of custom's cognition as cost,quality,variety,speed and service,is the market appearance of enterprise's competence,and the resource ability is the inside property of enterprise's competition.Competition advantages has lots of characters such as complex system's timeliness and shapeliness.
