摘要
20世纪 90年代中期以来 ,全球企业并购狂潮迭起并发展为国际化趋势 ,但引人深思的是多数并购案例以失败告终。在导致并购失败的多种原因中 ,整合不利是一个非常重要的原因 ,而其中关键的是人力资源未得到有效整合。因此 ,企业并购中人力资源应合理整合 ,其具体方案包括以下要素或环节 :成立并购过渡小组 ,选派合适的整合主管 ;融合不同企业的文化 ,促进人力资源整合 ;明确对人力资源的态度 ,合理安排员工 ;加强交流和沟通 ;重视并购后员工的教育和培训 ;建立科学的考核和激励机制等。
Since the middle of 1990’s,mergers and acquisitions(M&As) have undergone many rises and developed to an international tendency. But which makes us thinking over is that most of the M&As end with failure. Among various reasons which result in the failure, the disadvantage of post merger integration is particular important, and the key factor is the integration management of human resources. Several issues about post merger integration of human resources are analyzed and discussed in this article.
