Decision Resource Management Based on Intelligent Agent

随着Internet的广泛普及,人们可以随时随地获取自己想要的信息,然而海量信息却带来了一场新的知识危机,也就是说,人们被知识的海洋所淹没。知识管理技术正是解决这种知识危机的重要而有效的手段,是知识工程和信息系统中的重要研究内容。论文介绍了该技术在决策资源管理中的应用,提出了一个基于智能主体的决策支持系统的体系结构,并且详细描述了基于本体与RDF的决策资源的知识表示,最后用一个实例阐述了这种决策资源管理方法的实现过程。

Along with widespread Internet,people can acquire what they want whenever and wherever.However,a new knowledge crisis is brought about by mass information,that is,people will be flooded with knowledge ocean.Knowledge Management is just an important and effective technology to solve this kind of knowledge crisis,as well as the impor-tant research content of knowledge engineering and information system.In this paper,the application of knowledge man-agement in managing decision resource is studied;the architecture of decision support system based on intelligent agent is proposed.Moreover,the knowledge representation of decision resource based on ontology and RDF is described partic-ularly,and an example is given in the end of the paper to show the implementation of decision resource management.
