摘要
目的 :观察疼痛模型大鼠痛阈、皮温、踝关节肿胀度及疼痛级别以验证复方天麻制剂明显提高慢性疼痛模型大鼠痛阈。方法 :右后足跖部向踝关节方向注入FCA 0 1ml,制成疼痛模型 ,然后分别给予不同浓度、不同的药物灌胃。结果 :与其它治疗提高疼痛模型大鼠的基础痛阈比较复方天麻制剂提高较快 ;显著降低慢性疼痛模型大鼠局部炎性皮肤温度 ,但与其它治疗组比没有显著性差异 ;明显降低慢性疼痛模型大鼠踝关节的肿胀度 ,疗效优于速效枣仁安神胶囊、电针组 ;与模型组比较具有显著性差异 ;明显降低疼痛级别。结论 :复方天麻制剂具有镇痛作用 ,其机制可能是通过减少致痛物质的传递 ,减少神经冲动的传入 ,激活镇痛系统 ,释放镇痛物质 。
Objective: To prove the effect of Compound Tall Gastrodia Tuber Agent (CTGTA) on raising pain threshold of mouse models.Methods:Pain models of mouse were made by FCA injection and then perfused by different drugs to stomach.Result:CTGTA raised pain threshold more quickly than other method,reduced the swelling on ankle joint more than other method,had not significant effect on decreasing skin temperature in local inflammation.Conclusion:CTGTA had analgesic with the effect of reducing nerve conduction and substance resulted pain,activation of analgesic factor and inhibiting the express of pain gene.
