化瘀散结片对兔眼外伤性增生性玻璃体视网膜病变玻璃体中层粘连蛋白Ⅳ型胶原的影响

The effect of huayusanjie(化瘀散结) tablet on laminin and Ⅳ collagen in traumatic rabbit eyes with proliferative vitreoretinopathy

目的 探讨化瘀散结片对外伤性增生性玻璃体视网膜病变 (proliferativevitreo retinopathy ,PVR)玻璃体中层粘连蛋白 (laminin ,LN)、Ⅳ型胶原 (Ⅳcollagen ,ⅣC)的影响。方法 采用兔眼后节穿通伤加注血法制备PVR模型 ,分别利用免疫组化SP法、放射免疫法观察正常对照组、羧甲基纤维素对照组、道诺霉素对照组、化瘀散结片治疗组 ,检测PVR玻璃体腔增殖膜中LN、ⅣC的表现及玻璃体液中LN、ⅣC浓度。结果 化瘀散结片治疗组增殖膜中LN、ⅣC的阳性表达及玻璃体液中LN、ⅣC的浓度均低于正常对照组、羧甲基纤维素对照组(P <0 0 1)。结论 化瘀散结片能够降低PVR增殖膜中LN、ⅣC的阳性表达及玻璃体液中LN、ⅣC的浓度 。

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of huayusanjie(化瘀散结)tablet on laminin and Ⅳcollagen in experimental traumatic proliferative vitreoretinopathy METHODS Experimental PVR models were induced by posterior penetrating eye injury and vitreous hemorrhage in the rabbit, the positive expression of LN?ⅣC in the proliferative membranes were examined by the immunohistochemical SP; the content of LN,ⅣC from the vitreous were determined with radioimmunoarsay RESUITS Compared with normal control group and negative control group, the positive expression and the content of LN,ⅣC was decreased in huayusanjie group( P <0 01) CONCLUSION Huayusanjie tablet can decrease the positive expression of LN,ⅣC of the proliferative membranes and the content of LN,ⅣC from the vitreous,inhibit the development of PVR
