高三尖杉酯碱抑制眼内纤维增生的实验研究

目的 观察高三尖杉酯碱抑制兔眼内纤维增生的效果。方法 建立 2 0只青紫蓝兔右眼细菌性眼内炎模型 ,随机分为实验组和对照组 ,每组各 10只。两组眼均行玻璃体晶状体切割术 ,术后第 1天 ,第 7天实验组球内注射高三尖杉酯碱 0 1mg/ 0 1ml,对照组注射 0 1ml生理盐水。观察术后瞳孔区纤维蛋白渗出情况和玻璃体内纤维增生程度。结果 两组兔术后第 1天瞳孔区纤维蛋白渗出比较差异无显著性。第 14天和 2 8天玻璃体纤维增生程度实验组明显减轻 ,与对照组相比 ,差异有显著性。光学显微镜检查对照组视网膜色素上皮细胞增生明显 ,实验组无明显增生。结论 高三尖杉酯碱能有效防止眼内纤维增生 。

OBJECTIVE To observe therapy effect of homoharringtonine on inhibiting intraocular fibrin proliferation METHODS Twenty experimental bacterial endophthalmitis models were established in the right eyes of pigmented rabbits They were randomly divided into study group and control group, and there were 10 rabbits in the each group Vitrectomy was performed on all animals Homoharringtonine 0 1mg/0 1ml was injected in the vitreous cavity of study group and at 1day,7 days after operation In the control group 0 1ml normal saline was injected The observation indices include fibrin formation on pupil area and fibrin proliferation in vitreous cavity RESULTS The fibrin formation was not significant difference on the pupil areas in the two groups at one day The degree of vitreous cavity fibrin proliferation was greatly lessened at 14 days, 28 days in the study group than in the control group, and the difference was significant between two groups Observed with light microscope, the retinal pigment epithelia proliferate obviously in the control group, and the proliferation was not obvious in the study group CONCLUSION homoharringtonine could be effect on inhibition of intraocular fibrin proliferation, and its side effect could be mild
