糖尿病视网膜病变患者的视力预后分析

An analyses of visual prognosis of the patient with diabetic retinopathy

目的 分析糖尿病视网膜病变 (diabeticretinopathy ,DR)分期与视力预后的关系。方法 对 2 83例糖尿病视网膜病变患者行荧光素眼底血管造影及眼科常规检查 ,根据眼底改变将DR分为 2型 6期 ,糖尿病黄斑病变 (diabeticmaculopathy ,DM )分为 4期。 结果 随DR期数愈高 ,视力预后愈差。DM的严重程度随DR逐渐加重而加重 ,但不完全平行。结论 糖尿病黄斑病变是视力下降的主要原因 ,DR和DM之间不完全平行 。

OBJECTIVE To analyse the relationship between degree of diabetic retinopathy(DR) and visual prognosis METHODS Fundus fluorescein angiography and routine ophthalmological examination were performed in two hundred and eighty-three patients with diabetic retinopathy Pathological changes was differentiated into two types and six stages according to fundus characters Maculopathy was differentiated into 4 stages RESULTS The higher the stage the worse the visual prognosis In general, the severity of diabetic maculopathy was accompanied by retinal involvement, but discrepancy existed between maculopathy and DR CONCLUSIONS Diabetic maculopathy is the main cause of visual impairment in diabetic retinopathy Therefore, independent gradation of diabetic maculopathy has its clinical significance for choosing the optimal period of treating maculopathy and preserving the macular function
