摘要
大亚湾核电站松动部件在线监测系统投入运行以来,曾因频繁误报警而不断地改进。在2号机组第四燃料循环系统出现了持续的误报警,因系统存在设计缺陷,在停机小修期间采用加速度传感器的方法进行故障诊断。结果表明,持续报警不是由松动部件引起的,它来自主泵的噪声,系统本身的缺陷需要进行改造。
Since its operation, the loose parts monitoring system in Daya Bay nuclear power plant has been modified for many times to reduce the false alarms. Continues false alarms occurred for the fourth fuel cycle for unit 2. Diagnosis was made by use of accelerometers and on-line acoustic sensors, and the result shows that the false alarms are triggered by the noise of the primary main pumps but not by the loose parts. The current system should be modified to remove the design defect.
