摘要
通过连续3年对236个病毒来源的转基因水稻系(包括T1,T2和T3代)对靶病毒水稻齿叶矮缩病毒(RRSV)的抗性进行评价,发现抗性与所转RRSV基因片段有相关性,且随着繁殖世代的增加,转基因水稻的抗性逐渐减弱。
The resistance of 236 transgenic rice lines (including T1, T2 and T3) against rice ragged stunt virus (RRSV) was evaluated. The results showed that the resistance of transgenic rice was related to the gene segments of RRSV transformed into the rice, and the resistance of the transgenic rice decreased with increasing the generations of rice.
