纳豆芽孢杆菌分离纯化及对大白鼠肠道微生态系统的影响 被引量:45

摘要 研究了大白鼠肠道细菌的分离纯化,SD大白鼠口服纳豆芽孢杆菌1周后粪便中细菌、厌氧菌群和需氧菌群的变化,及纳豆芽孢杆菌与肠道细菌在体外的生长竞争表现。结果表明,肠道厌氧菌群中的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、梭菌和拟杆菌数量均有不同程度增多,其中双歧杆菌从8.510±0.449Log10Ncfu/g增加至9.278±0.244Log10Ncfu/g;而肠杆菌、肠球菌等需氧菌群数量则明显减少,肠杆菌从8.213±0.426Log10Ncfu/g减少到7.709±0.372Log10Ncfu/g。体外竞争试验表明,纳豆芽孢杆菌能促进肠道厌氧菌群的生长,而抑制需氧菌群的生长。可见,纳豆芽孢杆菌能有效调整大白鼠肠道菌群数量的变化,起到维持肠道微生态平衡的作用。 The paper reported isolation and purification of Bacillus natto sawamura,the changes of anaerobic bacteria and aerobic bacteria in deject of SD rats one week after feeding Bacillus natto sawamura,and the outsidecompetition between the bacteria of SD rats and Bacillus natto sawamura. The results shown that the counts of Bifidobacterium, Laciobacillus, Bacteroids and Ciostridium in the anaerobic bacteria in the intestine of rats significantly increased. The counts of Bifidobacterium were increased from 8.510±0.449 Log10N cfu/g to 9.278±0.244 Log10N cfu/g.However, the counts of E.coli and Streptococcus significantly declined. For example,the counts of E.coli reduced from 8.213±0.426 Log10N cfu/g to 7.709±0.372 Log10N cfu/g. This suggests that Bacillus natto sawamura can regulate the intestinal germ community of rats and keep the balance of intestine microecology.
