疏肝理肺法对应激哮喘模型大鼠Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究疏肝理肺法治疗哮喘的机理,用卵蛋白吸入与束缚应激复合方法,建立应激条件下大鼠哮喘模型,造模后第7~35d给予疏肝理肺方(小青龙汤合四逆散)灌胃,并与小青龙汤、地塞米松治疗组相比较。第36d处死大鼠,观察其外周血IL-4、IFN-γ及其比值的变化,以及支气管与肺泡的形态。结果:疏肝理肺组能显著降低应激大鼠IL-4水平,与其他2组比较无显著性差异;能显著提高IFN-γ水平,且高于其他2组;能降低IL-4/IFN-γ比例,显著低于地塞米松组。提示应激是通过影响细胞因子的分泌而加重哮喘。疏肝理肺法不仅能抑制Th2细胞亚群,且能提高Th1细胞亚群而达到调节免疫平衡的作用。 To explore the mechanism of llver-dlscharging and lung-regulatin8 therapy in the treatment of asthma, the rats were modeled to be with stress asthma by inhaled egg albumin and binding. From the 7th to 35th days, the rats were treated by liver-discharging and lung-regulating decoction(Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Sini Powder);Xiao qinglong Decoction and Dexamethasone were also used in other groups as control. On the 36th day, the rats were sacrificed and the peripheral blood IL-4, IFN-γ and IL-4/IFN-γ, as well as the morphosis of bronchus and alveoli were detected. Results: 'Liver-Discharging and Lung-Regulating Decoction' could reduce the content of IL-4 obviously,with no difference in comparison with the other two control medicines; it could increase the content of IFN-γ, with better effects than the other two medicines;it could reduce IL-4/IFN-γ, with remarkably lower ratio than Dexamethasone. It is suggested that stress can affect the secretion of cell factors and then deteriorate asthma; but 'Liver-Discharging and Lung-Regulating Decoction' can harmonize immunoregulation by inhibiting Th2 and increasing Th1 subgroups.
