喘可治治疗小儿呼吸道病毒感染的临床和实验研究 被引量:20

摘要 为观察中药喘可治的抗病毒效果,从临床和实验两方面进行研究。将32例毛细支气管炎和哮喘性支气管炎患儿随机分成2组,西药组常规西药治疗,中药组加用喘可治,连续治疗2周。结果中药组临床评分明显低于西药组(P<0.05)。动物实验方面,制备呼吸道柯萨奇B_3(CVB)呼吸道病毒感染模型,分成对照组、病毒组和中药组3组,观察血清CVB抗原水平。结果显示中药组CVB抗原OD值明显低于病毒组(P<0.05)。提示喘可治可以降低CVB抗原血症水平,对小儿毛细支气管炎和哮喘性支气管炎有明显的加快病情缓解的作用。 'Chuan Ke Zhi' was used to fight virus clinically and experimentally. In clinical practice,32 eases of bronchiolitis and asthmatic bronchitis were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 'Chuan Ke Zhi' was given and control group in which routine western medicines were given, with a course of two weeks. Resuits: the clinical score was lower in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05). In experiment, rats were modeled to be of respiratory CVB infection and randomized into three groups, and then treated respectivdy; and the levels of serum CVB were detected;the result showed that the OD value of CVB antigen was lower in treatmerit group than in other groups, P<0.05. It is indicated that 'Chuan Ke Zhi' can reduce CVB antigen and obviously relieve bronchiolitis and asthmatic bronchitis.
