摘要
对近年来有关腔隙性脑硬塞(简称腔梗)的中西医病因病机研究、中医辨证论治研究等文献进行了综述,并认为中医可以有效地改善腔梗的临床症状,预防其复发及血管性痴呆的发生。
This paper reviews the etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment administration of lacunar cerebral infarction. It is believed that Chinese medicine can improve the clinical symptoms of lacunar cerebral infarction,and prevent its recurrence and the occurrence of vascular dementia.
