富康轿车变速器齿轮退钼工艺的研究与应用

摘要 为解决变速器齿轮喷钼层不符合质量要求的生产问题,进行了退钼工艺的研究,采用碱性电化学方法退除钼层,选择合适的氧化剂作显色剂,用复合型表面活性剂作碱雾抑雾剂,通过正交试验确定了工艺配方。批量生产证明,采用电化学法退除钼层工艺可处理各种喷钼层不合格的零件。 In order to solve the problem of unqualified molybdenum spraying layer of transmission gear,a study on removing molybdenum layer was conducted.Alkali electrochemistry method was employed.To select appropriate oxidant as developer and composite surface active agent as alkali mist suppressor,optimum process formula was established trough orthogonal experiment.Practice indicated that using electrochemistry treatment to remove molybdenum layer can handle the problems for those parts with unqualified molybdenum spraying layer.
