摘要 针对超声波检测流量过程中的流场分布问题 ,提出一种高精度在线检测的实用方法及其实现装置。基于混合长度理论对流速进行补偿 ,建立了测量的数学模型 ,给出了测量系统的结构框图 ,并且分析了测量误差的来源以及消除误差的方法。 A high precise measuring technique is presented through the discussion on the flow field distribution in the ultrasonic measurement of flow. Based on the velocity compensation of the Mixing Length Theory,a mathematial model of measurement is constructed, the framework of system is designed, the error sources of measurement and the possible calibration methods are deeply analyzed.
