摘要
渐开线锥形齿轮由于同时存在锥度和螺旋角 ,使得其固定弦齿厚无法精确测量 ,也没有公法线。针对锥形齿轮的齿形特点 ,提出了一种利用钢球同时测量齿轮大、小端外点跨距的新方法 ,并推导了理论计算公式 ,从而实现了锥形齿轮在磨削等精加工过程中 ,其齿厚和锥度误差的在线精确测量。该方法经大量实际应用 ,证明了理论分析正确 。
There is no common normal in the conical involute gear and the fixed chordal tooth thickness can not be measured accurately because of the coexistence of helix angle and taper. According to the characteristics of the conical involute gear flank profile, a new method which can perform on-line accurate measurement of tooth thickness and taper error, and can make it possible to control the finished size of the gear in hobbing and grinding is developed by means of measuring the over ball distance of the gear two end through exact steel ball. The method has been verified by experiments. Thus new theoretical formulae to calculate over ball distance are studied.
