摘要
提出了一种新的油井测试技术———稠油加热井直读测试技术和测量数据的校准方法———分段插值补偿温漂。将井下仪器采集的温度和压力信号 ,通过可加热、测试的双功能电缆实时传输到地面 ,地面控制系统实时接收、显示及存储数据 ,实现稠油加热井生产过程中井底流温、流压数据的直读测试。介绍了直读测试原理和测试系统的具体结构 ,设计了加热测试双功能电缆 ,给出了测量数据的校准模型。进行了系统测试实验 ,给出了实验结果 :压力测量的最大平均值误差δ =0 0 0 3MPa ,最大标准偏差σ =0 0 19MPa。
A new on line measuring technology for heated thickened oil wells and a measuring data calibration method by use of segment value inserting compensation for temperature drift are presented . Signals of temperature and pressure, acquired by down hole instruments, are instantly transmitted to the ground through measuring and heating cable. According to the collection of the data signals, the ground control system measures the temperature and pressure of the underground emulsion in the process of oil exploitation. The measurement principle and specific structure of the on line measurement system, designs of heating and measuring cables, and measuring data calibration model are introduced . The system measuring experiment is set up, and the experimental results show that the maximum mean error of pressure is δ =0 003 MPa and the standard deviation is σ =0 019 MPa.
