摘要
提出了一种新的等效耦合电路模型,该模型可用于计算分析空心箔式电抗器的阻抗和损耗等参数.采用张量法,成功解决了大规模方程组的求解问题.分析了电力电子中常见频率范围(20~100kHz)内空心箔式电抗器的高频损耗问题,并研究了箔的电导率对线圈的交流有效电阻和直流电阻之比的影响.通过样机的对比分析,证实了本文方法的有效性,从而为空心箔式电抗器的设计计算奠定了基础.
A new equivalent coupled-circuit model, which can be utilized to calculate the impedance and losses of an air-cored foil-wound inductor, is proposed. By simple tensor techniques, a large amount of simultaneous equations are solved successfully. Calculation and analysis of high-frequency losses of air-cored foil-wound inductors are demonstrated for the frequency range of 20-100 kHz encountered frequently in power electronics circuits. The effect of foil conductivity on the ratio of AC and DC resistance is examined simultaneously. The comparative analysis confirms the feasibility of the proposed method to improve the design of air-cored foil wound inductors.
