摘要
目的 :探讨心力衰竭患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能受损与血浆内肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF α)水平的关系。方法 :5 0例充血性心力衰竭患者在心力衰竭的急性期和恢复期分别测定血浆内TNF α,一氧化氮水平和肱动脉直径。结果 :在急性期和恢复期TNF α水平均较高 ,而恢复期一氧化氮水平明显高于急性期 ;肱动脉直径在充血后明显增加 ,急性期和恢复期增加的动脉直径与基础值的百分比相似。结论 :在充血性心力衰竭患者 ,恢复期时TNF
Objective: In patients with heart failure, the relationship between impair of endothelium-dependent vasodilation and elevated plasma levels of cytokines was investigated. Methods:Cytokine and nitric oxide (NO) levels and hyperaemic brachial artery diameters were determined in patients with acute heart failure on episode and recompensation. Results:Serum concentrations of tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) increased in acute phase and recovered after recompensation. The level of NO after recompensation was higher than that in acute phase. Brachial artery diameter increased significantly during period of reactive hyperaemia, and closed to the baseline value in acute prase and recompensation. Conclusion:In patients with congestive heart failure,plasma levels of cytokines correlate with NO mediated endothelium-dependent vasodilation during recompensation.
