摘要
研究了疲劳 /蠕变复合作用下聚碳酸酯的时温等效关系。试验条件随加载最大应力、最大应力保持时间和温度而变化 ,但是都得到一致的试验结果 :随最大应力保持时间延长或试验温度升高 ,聚碳酸酯断裂寿命下降 ;最大应力保持时间t-断裂寿命Nf 的关系曲线与试验温度T -断裂寿命Nf 关系曲线十分相似 ;疲劳 /蠕变复合作用下的聚碳酸酯时温等效关系仍然适用。
Time-temperature correspondence relationship of polycarbonate under fatigue and creep co-action is researched. Testing condition changed with maximum stress or maximum stress holding time or test temperature ,but the testing results are always homogeneous.The testing results show that breaking life of polycarbonate is shortened while maximum stress holding time prolongs or test temperature rises.The relationship curves of breaking life N f with testing temperature T and the relationship curves of breaking life N f with max.stress holding time t are very similar.The time-temperature correspondence relationship is still right to polycarbonate under fatigue and creep co-action.
