摘要
简要说明了一种反应注射混合头———旋转式Kenics混合头的工作原理 ,并通过引入叶轮雷诺数Rei 分析了旋转式Kenics混合头的流动阻力。通过模拟实验 ,测定了低流量下 (流量范围 0~ 5 0 0mL/min)旋转式Kenics混合头的流动阻力 ,得出了其动态阻力修正系数ε与叶轮雷诺数Rei 的关系。还对如何确定其单元数k进行了说明。
Operation principle of a RIM mixer-rotary Kenics mixer was indicated, and then the pressure drop in the mixer was analyzed in impeller Reynolds. The pressure drop in the mixer at low quantity of flow was measured, and the relation of correctional resistance factor ε and impeller Reynolds Re i was obtained. How to make certain the cell number k of the mixer was illustrated.
