摘要
研究了常压下均三甲苯液相空气氧化制备均苯三甲酸,重点考察了反应温度、催化剂、氧化促进剂、溶剂和反应时间等因素对氧化反应的影响,结果表明适宜的反应条件为:反应温度95℃,反应时间4h,均三甲苯、冰醋酸、醋酸钴和溴化钠的摩尔比为1∶35∶0 2∶0 1。均苯三甲酸收率可达51 63%,酸值为754 89mg(KOH) g,经液相色谱分析纯度为85%。
Preparation of trimesic from mesitylene in liquid phase oxidation by air under normal pressure was studied.The effects of reaction conditions,such as reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst,oxidation accelerator and solvent were investigated.The results showed that optimum conditions are:reaction temperature 95℃,reaction time 4h,mesitylene∶glacial acetic acid∶coablt acetate∶sodium bromide (mol)=1∶35∶02∶01.The recovery of trimesic can arrive to 51.63%.The acid value is 75489mg(KOH)/g and the purity is 85% after the analysis of liquid chromatography.
