摘要 目的:评价FDGPET显像及胸部CT对肺部病灶良恶性的鉴别能力。资料和方法:88例肺部肿块患者行FDGPET全身或胸部显像,以目测法和SUV值相结合判定病灶的良恶性,并与CT对照分析。结果:PET显像诊断肺部恶性肿瘤的灵敏度和特异性分别为93%(65?70)和72%(13?18),而CT分别为61%(43?70)和17%(3?18)。结论:同CT相比,FDGPET能更准确地鉴别肺部病灶的良恶性,是一种有效的无创性诊断技术。 Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic ability of FDG PET in pulmonary mass,and compared with that of CT.Materials and Methods:Whole-body FDG PET imaging was performed on88patients who had newly identified indetermi-nate pulmonary mass.PET data was analyzed by calculating standardized by SUV and also by a visual method.All patients were performed thoracic CT scan2weeks before or after PET scan.Results:The sensitivity and specificity of PET for de-tection of malignant mass were93%(65?70)and72%(13?18)respectively,whereas those of CT were61%(43?70)and17%(3?18).Con clu sion:Therefore,imaging with PET was more accurate than CT for the diagnosis of pulmonary mass.
