Influences of ENSO on the climate of Yunnan

对ENSO的概念作了阐述 ,并分析了ENSO的成因 ,通过大量资料分析 ,发现ENSO对云南降水的影响 ,并提出减少ENSO发生频率、预防自然灾害的根本问题是保护环境 ,而且要树立全球一体化思想 ,实现人类的可持续发展。

The present author first gives an analysis to ENSO and causes of its formation. Then based on a detailed analysis of amounts of data, the article obtains the result that ENSO has influences on the rainfall in Yunnan. In the paper it is also suggested that the solution to guard against ENSO is the environmental protection and the sustainable development in all over the world.
