摘要
温轧Al-8Mg-0.2Zr合金在较低的温度(325℃)下即表现良好的超塑性。其在恒应变速率1×10^(-3)s^(-1)下拉伸时的延伸率达400%,采用两段速率拉伸可获得更高的延伸率(630%)。
Superior superplasticity was revealed in a warm-rolled Al-8Mg-0.2Zr alloy at temperature
even 325℃. Elongation up to 400% may be obtained under tension at constant strain rate 1×10^(-3)s^(-1), and a
higher elongation as high as 630% may be reached by two-stage strain rate.
