摘要
该文以嵩屿电厂300MW机组(1号机组)1A小汽机的异常振动为案例,重点分析了该机组1A小汽机2号轴承振动在升降负荷过程中产生的异常振动,查找出引起异常振动的原因主要是油膜涡动,并采取了消振措施。
Taking the abnormal vibration of minor turbine 1A of Songyu Power Plant's 300MW Set as on example, the paper, in the main, analyses the factors that may cause bearing No.2 of said turbine to vibrate inordinately during load pickup, with the conclusion that the principal culprit is oil whip. Measures that were taken for liquidating the vibration trouble are mentioned.
