螺旋升流式反应器与SBR生物除磷系统的比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用螺旋升流式反应器 (Spiral U p- Flow Reactor,SUFR)进行了生物除磷的试验研究 ,并且与 SBR反应系统的处理效果进行了对比分析。 SUFR反应系统稳定运行六个月的结果表明 ,对 COD和 TP的去除率分别达 94 %和96 %以上 ,优于 SBR的处理效果。流态试验表明 SUFR反应器的螺旋流动特征使其接近于推流式反应器 ,有利于在空间上形成有机物的梯度分布。而且 SU FR反应器的螺旋升流特征有利于微生物种群的多样化及颗粒污泥的形成 ,使得该系统所形成的微生物生态系统更稳定 ,污泥指数较低 ,污泥的稳定性较好。 Tests on phosphorus removal by spiral up-flow reactor (SUFR) system were described in this paper. A comparison of the effectiveness of COD and total phosphorus removal was also made between SUFR and SBR system. Results of the six-month stable operation of the system showed that the removal of COD, and TP was kept over 94% and 96% respectively, which was superior to the SBR system. Tests of flow pattern showed that the spiral up-flow character of the SUFR make it be similar to plug-flow-reactor, and it is favourable to form gradient distributing of the organism matter. Furthermore, the characteristic of spiral-flow make it easy to form granular sludge, and the diversity of microorganism population in the SUFR system is complex, the bio-community formed in the SUFR system is more stable, and the sludge volume index (SVI) of the SUFR system was lower, and the stability of the in the SUFR system was higher.
