从“五普”数据看吉林省劳动力数量及构成变化

Study on the Changes of the Quantity and the Structure of the Labor Forces in Jilin Province from the Data of the "Fifth Census

与以往各次人口普查数据比较,中国第五次人口普查数据显示:吉林省劳动力资源数量增加,劳动力资源的年龄构成呈老化趋势,劳动力人口占总人口的比重一直呈上升趋势。吉林省就业人口的增长速度是总人口年增长速度的3倍。"五普"数据还显示,就业人口三次产业构成不合理。吉林省未工作人口结构也发生了变化,主要表现在"在校学生"和"料理家务"人口比重下降,以及"市镇待业"和"离休、退休"人口比重上升。

Compared with the data of past censuses, the data of the Fifth Census of China shows that the quantity of workforce in Jilin Province has increased, with the age composition of it showing an aging trend and the proportion of workforce in the total population increasing. The annual growth rate of the working population in Jilin Province is 3 times of that of the total population. The data of the Fifth Census also shows that the three-industry composition of the working population is very unreasonable. The structure of the non-working population has changed too, with the representation of reduced'students' and'household'population and the increased 'town job-waiting' and the 'leaving posts and retiring' population.
