摘要 信息时代图书馆的读者服务工作呈现出服务手段网络化 ,多样化的特点 。 In the libraries of the information time, the service for the readers has been proved that it can be implemented with a variety of different ways, such as on the network, which demands the higher information quality of the librarians.
