摘要 为了适应未来的排放法规和改善发动机的性能 ,采用高压共轨式电控喷油系统是提高柴油机整体性能、降低排放污染的有效手段之一。本文将通用的流体分析软件FLOW MASTER应用到两级阀控制的高压共轨电控喷油系统上 ,初步探索了各部件结构参数对燃油喷射特性的影响。 To meet future emissions regulation and to improve diesel performance,the high-pressure common rail electronically controlled fuel injection system is the one of the most direct and the most effective technical means of improving diesel performance and reducing the diesel emissions pollution.This paper has initially explored the infuluence of high-pressure common rail fuel injection system controlled by two-stage valve on the injection characteristic by appling general flow power software-FLOWMASTER to the common rail system.
