摘要
介绍了提高发动机缸套表面质量的新工艺———超声振动珩磨 ,并分析了超声振动珩磨的切削运动、磨粒性能及加工质量。对已研制成功的DY90摩托车铸铁缸体超声振动珩磨系统的应用效果进行了分析 ,论述了该系统的原理及结构特点。该项技术还可推广应用于微型汽车的铸铁缸体 ,为铸铁缸体珩磨开创了一条高效、高质、低耗的新途径。
This paper first introduces a new technology of engine's surface quality improving with the method of ultrasonic vibration honing and then analyzes the cutting principle of ultrasonic honing in terms of cutting motion,grain performance and cutting quantity.The paper introduces the effects of ultrasonic vibration honing system which are successfully used in manufacturing DY90 motorcycle cast cylinder,principal and structural specificity of the system.This technology can be used to manufacture the cylinder of miniature-cars.It provides a new way of high-productivity,high quality and low-consumption for cast cylinder honing.
