摘要
对50MW凝汽式汽轮机供热改造进行了可行性研究。利用热经济学和能级原理对凝汽式汽轮机和中间抽汽式汽轮机的热效率进行了分析。在热平衡分析和热力学计算基础上,提出了改造方案。经改造后机组的热效率由40%提高到56%,热电比大于100%,符合国家热电联产的有关规定。
In the paper, the feasibility of heating rebuilding of 50 MW condensing steam turbine are studied. The heat efficiency of the condensing steam turbine and the middle extraction steam turbine are analyzed by using heat economics and energy lever principles. On the basis of heat equilibrium analyzing and thermodynamic computing, rebuilding project is put forward. After rebuilding, heat efficiency increases from 40% to 56%. Thermoelectric ratio is greater than 100%. Such rebuilding meets the specifications of thermoelectric joint products.
