Analyze the five requirements of the advancements of the people's humanistic quality, which is raised after Beijing successful application for the Olympic, and also they are necessary to make the Olympics be a great success. The five requirements are 'cultural consciousness' , the thoroughly new idea;' unity and struggle , the national spirit;' politeness to people' , the traditional custom; 'pioneer and development', the district personality; 'patriotism and devotion', the active emotion.
