摘要
为解决5机架冷连轧机动态规格变换时辊缝和辊速调节失配、张力波动大的问题,提出了一种动态规格变换方案,并对该方案进行了仿真分析。仿真结果证明了该方案的可行性和有效性。
In order to improve the match between roll gap and rolling speed and reduce the tension fluctuation during flying gage change (FGC) on a 5stand tandem cold rolling mill, an FGC scheme has been proposed. The result of simulation analysis about the FGC scheme shows that the scheme is effective and feasible.
