摘要 介绍了本溪板材股份有限公司150t转炉引进的国内第一套转炉炉气分析系统,并对利用质谱仪进行钢水连续定碳进行了研究。结果表明:质谱仪得出的炉气成分中CO、CO2和N2在吹炼周期中的变化规律对判断转炉冶炼终点有指导意义;作者开发的碳积分模型和碳指数模型可在转炉冶炼全程控制中配合使用,对终点碳含量低于0 10%的炉次,碳指数模型的命中率较好。 The first imported gas analysis system on a 150 t BOF at Benxi Ltd is presented, and the continuous determination of bath carbon by mass spectrometer is studied. The conclusions are: the regular change of the CO, CO2 and N2 content in off gas during blowing plays an important role in end point determination; the carbon integral model can work with the carbon exponential model in the whole process control of BOF, and the exponential model hits the target better when the end carbon content is lower than 010 %.
