摘要
跨越式发展作为一种超常规的快速发展方式 ,是欠发达国家追赶工业化发达国家的一种重要途径 ,同时对我国应对国内外形势的新变化、新挑战 ,实现可持续发展具有重要的意义。跨越式发展能否成功实施取决于相关因素的综合作用 ,而影响技术跨越的因素较多 ,从制度、资金、技术、市场、人才、管理等六个因素对此予以分析 。
As an unusually rapid development, the overstepping develo pm ent is an important approach for less developed countries to catch up with the d eveloped ones. It is of great significance to our country to face the new ch ange and challenge, and realize sustainable development. Its success depends lar gely on the integration effect of relevant factors. This paper analyze s six factors, such as system, capital, technology, market, human resources and management.Corresponding measures and put forward.
