摘要
分析了二四驱挡板的加工工艺 ,介绍了二四驱挡板的加工工艺及落料拉伸模设计方案 ,阐述了正反拉伸模由中心工艺孔补充材料的方法 。
After discussing the processing technology,the paper explained the processing scheme and design of blanking and drawing die for two-four-drive baffle.It expatiated the method of maˉterial supplement through central technique hole in positive and negative drawing die,then the calculating method by MDT for drawing parts.
