计算晶粒尺寸分布的几何模型及实用方法 被引量:5

摘要 传统的计算三维晶粒尺寸分布函数(3D SDF)的方法大多基于S模型,从而导致极大的系统误差,其根源在于模型中的球状晶粒假设不符合实际晶粒组织特征,本文建立了基于多面体晶粒假设的A模型,并给出了相应的概率函数表达式及计算方法,理论分析及实验检验结果表明,A模型基本上消除了系统误差,显著地提高了计算精度,是一个较理想的几何模型。 A new model, called A-model, was developed based on the hypothesis of polyhedral grains. The probability functions and the method to calculate 3-dimensional grain size distribution functions using the A-model are given. The theoretical analysis and experimental test have demonstrated that the A-model reduces the systematical error radically and gives much better results.
