分析、阐述游戏在体育教学各运动环节的重要作用,强调游戏不但能够丰富、活跃体育教学而且对提高学生的身体素质、心理素质均具有积极的潜移默化的影响。

This paper analyzes the important role of play in physical education teaching, stresses that play can not only enrich and activate physical education teaching but also improve students' body constitution and psychology quality. We can see that play is an effective method in physical education process of instruction from theory and practice.
