摘要
目的 采用RP HPLC对银翘散抗流感病毒有效部位群中活性成分牛蒡子苷的含量进行测定。方法 选用YWGC18色谱柱 ( 2 5 0mm× 4.6mm ,10 μm) ,乙腈 水 ( 2 5∶75 )为流动相 ,紫外检测波长为 2 78nm ,室温下对牛蒡子苷进行含量测定。 结果 进样量在 0 .2 2～ 1.10 μg范围内 ,牛蒡子苷与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系 (r =0 .9998,n =5 ) ,平均加样回收率为10 0 .0 1% ;RSD为 0 .80 %。结论 本法简便、准确、快速 ;
OBJECTIVE: To develop a HPLC method for the determination of arctiin from Yinqiao San, one of the effective fractions against influenza virus. METHODS: The chromatographic conditions induded YWG-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 10 μm) and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(25:75). The detection wavelength was at 278 nm. RESULTS: The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 0.22∼1.10 μg(n = 5). The correlation coefficient was r = 0. 999 8. The average recovery of arctiin was 100.01% with RSD 0.80%. CONCLUSION: The determination of arctiin was found to be simple, accurate and rapid. And the content of arctiin was the indicator for the quality control of Yinqiao San against influenza virus.
