摘要
目的 建立高效液相法测定双黄连含片中连翘苷含量。方法 Nova PakC18( 2 5 0mm× 4.6mm ,10 μm)色谱柱 ,流动相为乙腈 水 ( 2 5∶75 ) ,流速为 1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为 2 77nm。结果 连翘苷在 0 .43 2~ 2 .5 90 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,回归方程为Y =5 95 .5 7X + 1.619(r=1.0 0 0 0 ) ,平均回收率为 97.5 0 % ,RSD为 1.41% ,重现性RSD为 1.98%。结论 本法简便 ,快速 ,灵敏 ,准确 ,重现性好 。
OBJECTIVE: A RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of phillyrin in Shuanghuanglian tablets. METHOD: The Nova-Pak C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 10 μm) was used. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water (25:75) with the flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1 and the UV detection wavelength was at 277 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 0.432∼2.59 μg, and the regression equation was Y=595.57X + 1.619(r = 1.000 0). The average recovery was 97.50% (RSD = 1.41% n = 5), RSD of reproduction was 1.98% (n = 5). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, quick, sensitive, accurate, reproducible and can be used to control the quality of Shuanghuanglian tablets.
