摘要
自1994年以来,为适应建立社会主义市场经济体制的需要,我国陆续颁布制定了以《中华人民共和国劳动法》为核心的一系列劳动法律、法规和规章。这些法律的制定和实施对于维护劳动者权益,建立协调稳定的劳动关系发挥了重要作用。但随着我国市场经济的深入发展所带来的劳动关系的复杂多变以及加入WTO所面临的新的形势,我国劳动立法与现实的矛盾不断凸现,亟需进一步予以完善,以更好地保护劳动者的合法权益。
Since 1994,China promulgated a series of labor laws,regulations and rules regarding the Labor Law of The People's Republic of China as the core in order to the need of a socialist market economy The formulation and promulgation of these laws and regulations brought an important role into full play for safeguarding the laborers' rights and interests and coordinating stable labor relations With the development of our socialist market economy in greater depth,complex and volatile labor relations have emerged and there is a new situation after China's entry into WTO There are some contradictions between our labor legislation and the facts We should perfect labor legislation in order to protect the laborers' legitimate rights and interests
