摘要 用带有盲孔的16Mn钢小圆棒试样进行等幅加载的疲劳试验,研究盲孔边短裂纹的扩展。建立了短裂纹平均扩展速率、裂纹长和名义应力幅的表达式,分析考察了短裂纹扩展的统计规律,讨论了裂纹表面尺寸分布随疲劳循环数的演化情况。 Small bar specimens of steel 16Mn with 4 blind-holes were fatigued under constant amplit■de loading on rotating bending fatigue machine. Short crack propagation emanating from ■e blind-holes was obtained. Based on the experimental results, an expression of average opagation rate of short cracks was proposed. Statistical behaviour of short crack propagatien was also discussed and evoluation of surface sizes of short cracks with fatigue cycle number was given.
